I have a great new roof in time for hurricane season at a very reasonable price. They came and in two days it was finished along with the signed permit.

Refresh was originally recommended to me by friends. They told me that the Refresh Team was responsive, competent, polite, communicative, and prompt. They could not have been more correct!

I had originally called for service because my air handler fan had unexpectedly stopped working. Another A/C company (also a recommendation) came out, looked at the unit, then told me that the motor ($950) needed to be replaced. I doubted that that was the case, so I called in Refresh. Gabriel arrived within hours, opened up the unit, and tightened a few connections. Voila, the air handler worked once again. Then, Gabriel and I discussed the wiring in my 11 year old unit. We both looked at the many repairs and bypasses that had been effected over the years (I'm an engineer so I had no trouble following the discussion). I was most impressed when Gabriel looked at one of the connections and freely admitted that he had no idea what that wire did or what it was for. He didn't try to BS me. He was completely honest. That, I respect!

We mutually decided that replacing the unit was a viable option. I asked for a quote. I had it in hand by the end of the day. The quote looked reasonable and I wasn't going to go into Florida's summer with an A/C that I couldn't trust. So, I gave Refresh the go ahead to replace the unit. They arrived promptly in two days (it was raining the first day -- can't solder copper tube in the rain! -- otherwise they would have been there the next morning) and a few hours later I had a brand new compressor and air handler professionally installed at a reasonable price. Today, I'll authorize and gladly pay for the annual service/maintenance contract.

I could not be more pleased with Gabriel and his Refresh Air Conditioning team. I have already recommended them to two friends.

Very happy with their work and promptness. There was a problem with the initial installation and a tech was there the same day. Both partners followed up to be sure all was well. And the price was significantly lower than the competition on TV. And this was for identical equipment.

Came back from Chicago to two struggling ac units. They were super old and my house was not cooling off. Made 3 calls and no one returned my call. Called Jose Tuesday morning and he responded an hour later. After selecting my units, Jose said I can install tomorrow. The next day Jose and his crew were here and had it done by the afternoon. Super clean and professional. Refresh air was amazing! Thank you Jose for making this process super easy. I’m stoked with my two new units.

Gabriel was on top of it from first call. Had a down AC on a Saturday evening. The guys came Sunday AM and confirmed the problem and Gabriel recommended a new unit because of the age of the old one. The guys showed up Monday to install the new one which is no easy task. Gabriel and his crew are extremely efficient and super nice to deal with. Very satisfied and will recommend them to all.
